—> ONE TICKET PER VEHICLE

Taking place at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana on Saturday October 10th from 4pm-9pm. Your ticket gets you access to early entry into the event, beginning at 3:00pm, so that you can get your vehicle set and staged for the main event to begin at 4pm.

—> We will have an indoor VIP section and an outdoor Featured Vehicle section. The indoor VIP section is an additional $65 and you’ll be sent a separate link for the additional cost upon approval. To be considered for either of these sections, please first purchase the event ticket and then fill out the form BELOW after purchase. This is where you’ll upload pictures of your vehicle. DO NOT email us the pictures. We need them uploaded to the form below. We did this method as a way to streamline receiving pictures.

—> You have the option when purchasing your ticket to also purchase an event Tshirt. All shirt orders will be available for pick up at the IHR Booth at the event. You are responsible for picking it up, and if you do not pick it up it will not be mailed to you.

—> With your ticket purchase you will receive a vehicle sticker. This sticker IS YOUR TICKET INTO THE EVENT. It must be placed on your front windshield. Instructions for placement and arrival instructions will be mailed to you together. These event stickers will be mailed out beginning in August.

—> If you have a car club/group and want to set up a canopy/booth at this event to include your club/group members to park with it, please purchase your ticket and then email us at info@indyhoodrats.com to request space for your booth/canopy. We will discuss additional details with you at that time.

After purchasing your event ticket (above), you may fill out this form to be considered for one of the featured vehicle sections. We will have 1 indoors and 1 outdoors. These are different, so please read below to see the differences.

VIP Vehicle: Indoors

This is our showcase area inside Grand Park and will cost an additional $65 to secure. You’ll be parked on a special flooring that’s on top of turf. Your vehicle must be in good working order with no active leaking fluids and no broken glass. You’ll need to arrive at 2pm and stay until 9pm, with no exceptions. You will have access to our private VIP lounges where you can relax for the day. And you will receive a SWAG bag filled with items from our Sponsors. These spots are very LIMITED.

Featured Vehicle: Outdoors

This is a section along the Grand Park Lot C sidewalk that we will fill with stunning vehicles as part of our outdoor Block Party. These vehicles may arrive beginning at 3pm, needing parked and set by 4pm, and will need to stay until at least 8pm. There is no additional cost for this section.
