Our Refund and Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your physical product purchase from us, we offer FREE exchanges. Simply e-mail us to let us know the issue with your product and we will send you a shipping address to return your item and then we will ship you the new item for free. You can also bring your item to our IHR Booth whenever we are set up (we can schedule a drop-off location & time) for your exchange. This must be either the same product or of equal or lesser value, and within 15 days of receiving the item.

All of our Event Tickets are sold as non-refundable. Only exceptions are death, hospitalization during Event, funeral during Event, or another life-altering circumstance.

All of our Media Tickets are sold as non-refundable. Only exceptions are death, hospitalization during Event, funeral during Event, or another life-altering circumstance.

We do not offer Event Ticket refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to: weather, outdoor temperatures, vehicle malfunction, vehicle not ready, plans changed, decided not to attend, etc.

IF WE CANCEL AN EVENT, all ticket sales WILL be refunded automatically. This does NOT apply to IHR rescheduling the Event. All refunds are sent to the original payment method on file and may take up to 7 business days to apply back to your account.
