*One ticket per vehicle.
Taking place at the Columbus Municipal Airport in Columbus, Indiana on Saturday April 25th from 4pm-9pm. Your ticket gets you access to early entry into the event, beginning at 3:00pm, so that you can get your vehicle set and staged for the main event to begin at 4pm. You are free to leave when you choose, as this is a cruise-in and not a car show.
We will have a Featured Vehicle section. Those vehicles will be hand-picked from the online ticket purchases. When you fill out your form upon ticket purchase you are asked to include details about your vehicle. It’s from these details that we will hand-pick vehicles for this section. All vehicles selected as a Featured Vehicle will need to arrive by 3:30pm and stay until 8pm at minimum.
You have the option when purchasing your ticket to also purchase an event tshirt. All shirt orders will be available for pick up at the IHR Booth at the event. You are responsible for picking it up, and if you do not pick it up it will not be mailed to you.
With your ticket purchase you will receive a vehicle sticker. This sticker IS YOUR TICKET INTO THE EVENT. It must be placed on your front windshield. Instructions for placement and arrival instructions will be mailed to you together.
Portions of each ticket go towards our 2 highlighted charities for this event: AFSP Indiana and Little Red Door Cancer Agency.
If you have a car club/group and want to set up a canopy/booth at this event to include your club/group members to park with it, please purchase your ticket and then email us at info@indyhoodrats.com to request space for your booth/canopy. We will discuss additional details with you at that time.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY AT THIS VENUE!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO FLAMES! THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
