Would you like to be a vendor for our upcoming Block Party at Grand Park in Westfield on October 10, 2026?

A few requirements we have for all vendors:
-Must be family-friendly
-Must not have any food or beverage items for sale
-Must not be a direct competitor to our IHR Sponsors (listed HERE)
-Fill out the form below by October 1, 2026 for consideration
-Must arrive for setup between Noon and 2:30pm with setup complete by 3pm.
-Must stay setup until 9pm, with teardown complete by 11:30pm.

If application is accepted, we will send an invoice via email within 2 days. That invoice is due within 7 days to reserve your spot. If invoice is not paid in those 7 days, your invoice will be cancelled.
