What is a Block Party?
Our Block Party events are focused on bringing together the Car, Truck, and Motorcycle enthusiast community for a great & safe time! We welcome ALL people, ALL vehicles, and ALL automotive clubs! We do this for ALL of YOU!
This is a laid back event from 4-9pm with no set itinerary. The goal is to provide the community with a positive and uplifting event that brings everyone together for an enjoyable time!
Unique to this venue is the layout of the event. Half of the event will be indoors, and the rest outdoors. This is a rain-or-shine event due to this feature!
The indoor portion of this event is for VIP Parking, Sponsors, private lounges, food court, bar, kid zone, and most vendors. We will have some outdoor vendors, as well.
For VIP indoor parking, you must first purchase a $35 parking pass and then fill out this form(scroll to bottom) to submit your vehicle for indoor consideration; if selected there is an additional $65 fee to upgrade your ticket. This is due to the very limited amount of indoor parking space we have, as well as this will be our main showcase area.
Our outdoor parking in Lot C is a standard rate of $35 per vehicle, and will include a featured vehicle section.
Our Lot G will be our overflow lot and parking there will be cash-only upon entry for $10.
Some Key Things to Note for This Event:
To park in Lot C it is required you have a PARKING PASS! Pre-purchase is the best guaranteed way to ensure you a spot to park. Pre-purchase ends September 23rd. Any open parking space will be sold beginning at 4:30pm and go until the lot has no space left. Get that ticket here beginning May 7, 2026.
Lot G is our overflow lot and is $10 cash-only to park. This is a partially gravel lot and includes a distance to walk to the main event.
VIP Indoor Parking is only available to those who have first purchased a standard parking ticket and then submit their photos via this form (scroll to bottom) after purchase. There is an additional $65 upgrade fee for those approved for purchase.
NO smoking on premises! This means absolutely NO lit cigarettes or cigars! This will be strictly enforced.
Each ticket purchased will receive 1 windshield sticker. This sticker is your admission to the event, and must be present on windshield upon entry.
Your arrival instructions will be mailed to you with your admission sticker. We will begin mailing out parking passes in August.
Grand Park has indoor restrooms, including ADA facilities.
Grand Park has an indoor dining facility, including a second floor bar!
We work with local police to ensure a fun, safe, family-friendly event.
We have room for vendors! Contact us at info@indyhoodrats.com if you’d like to set up a booth at this event! No food or beverage vendors needed.
NO drifting, spinning, burnouts, racing, two-stepping, or excessive revving permitted. All laws must be followed! Police will be on-site and a heavy presence in the area.
This event is Rain or Shine! Come prepared!
How much does it cost to attend?
This event requires a parking pass to bring your vehicle onto the premises, though attendance per person is FREE! Only cost is per-vehicle. The cost helps us cover venue expenses, staffing, security expenses, and amenities. A portion of proceeds also goes towards charity, so every ticket is helping a local non-profit.

Where should I stay if I’m from out of town?
Many are coming from out of town and will be staying overnight nearby the venue. We highly encourage you look near the venue in Westfield for the best accommodations. They have incredible hotel and dining options.
What type of crowd is expected?
We have some of the very best automotive crowds out there! Our followers and fans come from all walks of life and all locations. We are an all-inclusive business who welcomes everyone. We want to keep our events safe and secure, and ask that you help by following our few rules for no-nonsense, no drama, no burnouts, no drifting, no spinning, no two-stepping, and no excessive revving. And please pick up after yourself and dispose of any trash into the trash receptacles.
